The Ketchikan Gateway Borough (Borough) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified individuals or firms for:
KETCHIKAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
MULTI-SPACE METERED (MSM) PARKING PAY STATIONS
To receive the Invitation for Bid (IFB), please contact: 907-228-6672, Office of the Borough Manager, Ketchikan Gateway Borough, 1900 First Avenue, Suite 210, Ketchikan, Alaska 99901. Requests for the IFB documents may be faxed to 907-228-6684 or emailed to bids@kgbak.us. The IFB documents will also be posted on the Borough’s website, http://www.kgbak.us/. Even though the IFB documents are provided online, each firm must register with the Borough by sending an email to: Karolyn Hallmann, Office of the Borough Manager bids@kgbak.us. Bids from unregistered respondents will not be accepted. The required email must include the firm name, address, telephone number, and fax number. No faxed, e-mailed, or oral proposals will be allowed.
Bid Submission Deadline: To be considered, a complete sealed bid package in the format requested must be received at the Office of the Borough Clerk, 1900 First Avenue, Suite 115, Ketchikan, Alaska 99901 by 2:00 PM local time, June 5, 2013. |

The Ketchikan Gateway Borough is soliciting sealed bids from qualified individuals, firms, or companies for the sale of the following Surplus Equipment:
1995 Ace Brand – Horizontal 8,000 Gallon,
Skid Mounted, Firesafe, Double Wall Steel Fuel Tank
If you have any questions or would like to view the equipment, please contact the Borough’s Public Works Department at (907) 228-6670 to schedule an appointment. Appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 8:00a.m. - 5:00.m. Monday through Friday, May 20 – May 28, 2013.
