LAND SALE

Ketchikan Gateway Borough will be conducting a sale of borough owned properties in 2013.  Final preparations for the sale and arrangements with the local real estate community are still in progress.   No additional information can be posted until the details of the proposed sale are finalized.  Once the details of the sale are resolved, the information on the properties to be sold as well as the terms and conditions of the sale will be posted here and on the websites of Coastal Real Estate Group, Gateway City Realty and ReMax of Ketchikan.   The announcement of the sale will also be provided to the local media.
