[ARCHIVED] Ketchikan Story Project picks up nine Emmy Awards nominations

The two most recent films in the series of programming created for the Ketchikan Story Project garnered nine nominations from the National Academy of Arts and Sciences- NW Chapter (NATAS NW). The nominations were announced Friday, April 11. Ketchikan: The Timber Years was nominated for Historic/Cultural – Program/Special. Ketchikan: The Bush Pilots received a film nomination for Documentary- Cultural. The project also picked up one feature/segment nomination, three for informational/instructional feature/segment and three nominations for direction, photography and editing.
