The Youth Vote Ambassador (YVA) Program is designed to enliven the interest of young people in the political process and in their rights and responsibilities as citizens. These students assist the Borough and City Clerks offices by serving as election workers. Qualified applicants must be a high school student in good standing and at least 16 years old, be willing to attend training, and have written permission from a parent or guardian. Interested students and/or their parents or guardians are encouraged to contact the Borough Clerk’s Office for additional information.
